Yesterday, I had my first experience at the Elite Dental Office 14637 Memorial Dr, and I must say, in my 53 years of life, I have never enjoyed going to the dentist. There are several reasons for this. Most dentists seem to lack patience and often rush through the appointments, presenting you with expensive treatment plans and leaving you to decide whether or not to proceed.

However, this particular office provided the best experience I've ever had. They treated me like a long-time patient. As I sat in the chair, they communicated with me throughout the process, and no one seemed rushed. The dental assistant was new, but Dr. Ali was incredibly patient with him. I felt reassured knowing I was in good hands if the dentist could be that patient with his assistant.

I should mention that I have anxiety attacks when it comes to needles. Like many people, I really dislike them. As I waited, I held my breath, dreading the moment a needle would go into my mouth. Dr. Ali said, “You’re done.” I opened my eyes, surprised that the numbness procedure was over.

In my 53 years, I have never had to be numb for a procedure with a needle and did not feel the needle, nor have I laughed during a procedure like I did this time. I looked at him in disbelief and asked if he was serious. If you're scared of needles or dislike pain, I highly recommend giving this office a try. I can guarantee they are amazing. I left with a huge smile, excited to write this review and refer him to everyone—my family, friends, and even my grandkids and future grandkids to come lol lol. That's how wonderful Dr. Ali and his office made me feel. Please give them a chance; you won't regret it!
